Developing a Causal Model of Virtual Purposeful Classroom Management with students' scientific identity, Academic Buoyancy, Flourishing and Academic ethics

چکیده

هدف: با توجه به رشد روزافزون آموزش شیوه مجازی و ویژه در شرایط گسترش پاندمی کرونایروس، نقش اساسی مدیریت کلاسی ارتقا کیفیت باید مورد قرار گیرد این پژوهش هدف تدوین مدل رابطه علّی هدفمند کلاس وضعیت روان‌شناختی پیامدهای تحصیلی دانشجویان انجام شد. روش: روش بر حسب هدف، کاربردی ماهیت از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری مشتمل انواع مقاطع دانشگاه­ های دولتی پیام نور شهر تهران نمونه اساس جدول مورگان برای جوامع نامحدود مبتنی شمار ابعاد متغیرهای موردمطالعه برابر 384 نفر انتخاب ‎گیری صورت دردسترس دلیل محدودیت­ کروناویروس الکترونیکی داده ­ها نرم‌افزار SPSS24 LISREL 8.8 تحلیل گرفت. ابزارهای شامل پرسشنامه درس مجازی، هویت علمی آشباخر همکاران، اخلاق گل‎پرور، شکفتگی دینر سرزندگی دهقانی‎ زاده حسین‎ چاری یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که دارای مثبت علمی، تحصیلی، دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتیجه، نهادینه‎ سازی میان اساتید می­ تواند یک ابزار ارتقای کیفی فضای باشد موجب شکل­ گیری هیجانی اجتماعی گردد.
